1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 556h website and its related services ("Platform"). By registering on the Platform or using it in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Definition of Services

4 Account Security

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe environment, 556h may carry out identity verification in certain circumstances. We may request the following documents:

• National ID card (NID) or passport.
• Mobile banking account details consistent with the deposit made.
• Any other relevant information that 556h considers necessary.

Refusing to provide the above information or providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

6 Deposits

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on 556h are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

When making a deposit, you must send funds from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Depositing via a third-party account is prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the funds will be returned and the associated account may be reviewed.

Rocket is the mobile banking wallet of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Deposits through any method other than these four are not accepted.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from an account is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.

Conditions applicable to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have not been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification.
• 556h reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

8 Welcome Bonus

556h offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

Wagering requirements must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus with a 15x wagering requirement, a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered.

The bonus applies once only and no member may claim it more than once. The validity period of the bonus and the deadline for meeting the wagering requirements are set by 556h.

9 General Bonus Terms

Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus offer. The generally applicable conditions are:

• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable as cash — they can only be withdrawn once the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means (such as using multiple accounts) will result in the entire bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• 556h reserves the right to change the terms of bonus offers.
• Bonuses credited in error due to a technical fault may be withdrawn at any time.

10 VIP Program

The 556h VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active play. 556h reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits or review any member's VIP status.

11 Fair Play Policy

556h is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. We use technical security measures and SSL encryption so that every member has an equal opportunity.

Game results are impartial and not predetermined. Each game result is determined independently and previous results do not influence future results.

12 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
• Any form of hacking, manipulation, or use of bots on game software.
• Misuse of the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

556h reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Action required for regulatory or legal reasons.
• At the member's own request (if they wish to close the account themselves).

Where applicable, any legitimate balance will be returned before an account is closed; however, funds acquired through prohibited activities may be forfeited.

22 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and 556h. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full effect. A delay in enforcing any condition does not waive 556h's right to enforce that condition.
